How fast do you respond to a quote request?
Most quote requests get a call back the same day, often within a couple of hours during work hours. If you call after seven, you will hear back the next morning.
Do I need to be home when you walk the site?
It helps if you can be there for ten minutes so we can talk through what you want. If your schedule does not allow it, leave the gate open and we will walk the property and call you with what we see.
What information should I have ready?
A rough idea of what you want done, the address, and any pictures of the problem area if it is drainage related. We figure out the rest on site.
